Reception were also very welcoming and friendly and clinic is very clean.

All the staff were fantastic and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Dr. Sin was exceptional, he explained each step of the procedure as he went, which really helped put us at ease.

Booking was easy with prompt replies to confirm. Easy to find. Staff very friendly. Office very professional. Doctor was polite and professional. For someone visiting London who wanted an opinion about a worrying issue, this was ideal. Fee very reasonable as well.

At my consultation everything was explained before the procedure. I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The procedure itself was swift and painless, the scar barely visible, despite stitches. Dr Pafitanis was very professional and friendly, as were all the staff. The clinic itself was spotless. Dr Marcus was amazing, great rapport, I barely felt any pain and his beside manners are on point. His assistant Chantal did amazing, explained everything in so much detail. Extremely happy with the service in the clinic. I had my lipoma removed from Dr Marcus and his assistant Shantel. It was my first time having small surgery and I was so worried as the lipoma was 4cm and it was located at the back of my head. Dr Marcus was so gentle and professional. I didn’t feel anything during the whole procedure. Shantel was talking to me the whole time distracting me, the doctor played my favourite music and everything went so smoothly and didn’t feel the time passing. I am so happy with the procedure. I was so worried how much hair would be removed for the cut but when I saw at the end it was so small it was not even noticeable. Thank you so much Dr Marcus and Shantel.

It was easy to book my consultation. At the consultation I was given advice regarding the removal of a keratosis and what aftercare was needed. I had the procedure after the consultation. During the procedure the Dr kept me informed of what he was doing and a dressing was applied. All the staff were friendly and professional.

I had a mole on my arm that I was conscious of and from the minute I started the online consultation form to when I had it removed was so quick.
