I had an excellent experience with a mole removal procedure here. Dr Nicola, Kay and Angelica were all extremely kind and professional. They made me feel very comfortable, Dr Nicola explained my options very clearly and the procedure was practically painless and very quick.

Sorting the appointment was super easy and timely reminders came through. Andreea gave a warm and friendly greeting and undertook a very quick and efficient consultation. Explained diagnosis and options for treatment in a clear manner and lack of medical jargon. Summary letter explaining everything arrived by email before I got back to the office. Professional, reassuring and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommned.

I had a lovely and seamless experience at this dermatology clinic. The consultant very efficiently diagnosed the best course of treatment and quickly and easily got it sorted in the same appointment. This was for skin tag removal and mole removal and it was completely pain-free. Also great instructions for after-care so you don’t feel you have been left, not knowing how to care for the wound. Highly recommend!

Genuinely nothing but the best to say about this team! I went in once for a consult + surgery and then again the next week for a stitch removal. On both occasions Dr. Giulia was absolutely amazing! She took the time and care to answer all my questions and walk me through the process to make sure I was comfortable before going through with the surgery. It was for a cyst right in the middle of my cheek so needless to say I was a bit nervous for the result, but 2 weeks on I can barely even see anything and am so impressed by the skill and professionalism shown by Giulia. Beyond the op, the receptionist Jess was such a fun bubbly character from the moment I walked in the door and the two assistants Kay and Aurora who were there for my appointments were professional and absolutely awesome people. Thanks again all – so happy with the result!

I required an urgent appointment on Saturday morning and out of the 3/4 practices I called, their reception team made the greatest effort to fit me in as soon a possible on the same day. I was in and out in 7 minutes flat, after 6 months of nhs waiting lists, referrals, back to the GP, wait a month for another consultation… also price very reasonable.
