I was warmly greeted by Jess at reception, and within moments Aoife came to meet me and introduced me to Dr. Axel.The team immediately got up to speed with everything they needed and had me prepared for the procedure in no time. What really stood out was how friendly and relaxed they made the whole experience. I ended up having a great chat about football with Aoife and Dr. Axel, and before I even realised it, the procedure was finished. I was all wrapped up and on my way, with my aftercare instructions already waiting in my inbox before I had even left the clinic.I genuinely don’t think you could find a more efficient or professional clinic team in London. The team were great. Same day appointment, same day procedure and a really approachable surgeon with excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr Axel. He’s came across very realistic and sets the right expectations. I also like that you can get follow up and corrections done without extra charge within the next 3 months.Jess was also so pleasant and happy to be there. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Efficient and friendly and everything I came in for (minor surgery) was done and I was walking out the door within 30 minutes. Excellent service and good explanation of aftercare.

We discussed my concerns, chose a path, and handled the item — it was an easy and efficient appointment. I had a minor surgery removing a Cyst from the back of my head. Dr. Sarah Al-Himdani was great and got this removed for me on the same day. I had a few issues with the natural scabbing post surgery a few weeks later but Sarah put me at ease with the aftercare making sure the wound heals correctly. And also offered me a mini haircut 🙂 Kay and Jess were also very friendly and helpful 👍

No one looks forward to having a medical procedure. However the CDC team made it a very positive experience. Dr Sarah, is highly professional and skilled. She has gained my complete trust. The team were also professional and friendly, Angelica who was assisting Dr Sarah during the procedure to Jess on reception. They all made sure I went home with a smile on my face and repair work completed.

I had an excellent experience at City Dermatology Clinic. After struggling with 4 painful verrucas for more than a year, Dr Axel finally helped me solve the problem. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked me through all the available treatment options, and once we decided on the best approach, he performed the procedure right away. The whole appointment took around 20-30 minutes, was completely painless, and honestly couldn’t have gone better.Catalina was amazing too – she even put on some music during the procedure, which made the whole experience feel much more relaxed and comfortable. Aurora at reception was also fantastic, providing all the information we needed and very clear instructions on the next steps.Overall, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

I had a burst cyst removed from the back of my neck at the clinic, that had been taking time to heal over.Dr Reza clearly explained the current state of the cyst and the procedure that was to take place. The entire appointment took less than 20 minutes and was pain free given the local anaesthetic.Special thanks to Cat for her assistance during the surgery and to Jess, the receptionist, for her friendly service and ensuring all the information required before and after the appointment was made readily available.

Felt like a bit of a minefield choosing a trustable dermatologist on this. Googled ‘best London dermatologist’ and these guys came up. I committed to them. Turned up on a very hot day. No fancy frills in the waiting room, very sparse, but receptionist Jess was v friendly. Saw the plastic surgeon Dr Paul straightaway and he was excellent. I felt at ease immediately. He assessed my keratosis, Aurora spelled everything out to me (including the cost!) and he was ready to do the procedure there and then. He asked me loads of questions and then we got on with it. All done in 25 mins.Paul did a magnificent job on removing one from my chest and a tricky one on my lower eyelid. He explained v clearly about all the procedures before, during and after. Can’t recommend Dr Paul highly enough. And it’s all healing very nicely. £600 is a lot but this is an outfit I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Genuinely. Thanks to all

She also went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable leaving the clinic post chalazion removal.Dr Mohsen and Kay were very professional and took the time to make sure I had all questions answered before starting.Following removal, I had a minor panic attack and was handled with a lot of care and respect. Should reoccurrence persist, I will definitely be back for Dr Mohsen’s care (he is amazing!). Do not hesitate to use this clinic for your needs, they are brilliant!

Initially went in to have a cyst removed but the doctor couldn’t do it without shaving my hair which I wasn’t happy about but the receptionist Jess was so accommodating she rebooked me in with DR Parviz and Aurora, they made me feel super comfortable erasing any anxiety that I may of had with great conversation and energy.
