Brilliant service from start to finish! Jess was very warm and welcoming upon arrival. She also went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable leaving the clinic post chalazion removal.Dr Mohsen and Kay were very professional and took the time to make sure I had all questions answered before starting.Following removal, I had a minor panic attack and was handled with a lot of care and respect. Should reoccurrence persist, I will definitely be back for Dr Mohsen’s care (he is amazing!). Do not hesitate to use this clinic for your needs, they are brilliant!

Initially went in to have a cyst removed but the doctor couldn’t do it without shaving my hair which I wasn’t happy about but the receptionist Jess was so accommodating she rebooked me in with DR Parviz and Aurora, they made me feel super comfortable erasing any anxiety that I may of had with great conversation and energy.

I recently had a cyst removal procedure with Dr Giulia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the result.Dr Giulia was absolutely brilliant — professional, reassuring, and incredibly skilled. The procedure was carried out beautifully, and afterwards there were barely any visible stitches at all. Everything was done so neatly and with great care, and the result exceeded my expectations.I’d also like to thank Angelica, who assisted during the procedure, for being so kind and supportive, and Jess at reception, who was wonderfully friendly, welcoming, and caring from start to finish.A truly excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment here.

Had a great experience! Sarah was brilliant, didn’t feel a thing when she took out the cyst. She then advised me on the aftercare. Took about 15-20mins for the surgery. Aurora and Jessica were kind and offered a good service 🙂

I have done a cyst removal surgery, which went fantastic! After researching many clinics in London I finally found Dr. Georgious Pafinatis which has done an amazing job. The procedure itself went seamless and quick. I was really worried because it was a facial surgery but he did magic and my scar is almost invisible, it is literally perfect. He explained all the process from A to Z and was always available in case of any questions via clinic email! I also came for a follow up appointment free of charge. I am very grateful that I found such professional for face surgery.I also was assisted by Dr. Axel for after care (removing the stitches), who explained about the aftercare routine.Thank you City Dermatology Clinic for your assistance in such an important!I obviously can’t recommend Dr. Gio enough to all patients! I had a very easy and relaxed experience having a small procedure done with the team at City Dermatology, I was seen by Dr Nicki and her assistant Angelica who were both very pleasant and helped guide me through what my options were and I was able to have the procedure done at the same time as my consultation.
