I had a mole removed from my face by Dr. Marcus, and the whole experience was excellent. His assistant Chantal was incredibly kind and reassuring, and Sarah, who was there as an intern, was also very professional and attentive. The secretary Niyati was welcoming and helpful. They all did everything to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I really appreciated their care and kindness…such a great team!

I was very anxious going in to remove skin tags on my neck and eye lid however as soon as I entered the clinic, we were greeted with very friendly staff namely Chantal and Sarah. Our surgeon Marcus was amazing, put my fears at rest and was very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I was worried that I would experience pain but it was not painful and the end result was perfect. I would definitely use the clinic again

This was such a quick and easy experience for me! Everyone was so professional. The doctor knew so much and was able to treat me effectively even with my complex medical history. She knew about the skin risks around Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and was very knowledgeable.

I came to the clinic today for a cyst removal and was very nervous. Everyone involved, Gaby on reception, Angelica the assistant and Reza the surgeon were extremely kind and helpful. The procedure truly didn’t hurt and everyone made me feel very calm and positive about the procedure. Would highly recommend!

An exceptional experience from start to finish.I recently had a procedure done on my lip and, admittedly, I was nervous due to a previous negative experience elsewhere. However, the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt at ease. The environment was welcoming, and the staff was kind and professional. The plastic surgeon took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions, which really helped build my confidence. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I highly recommend this practice to anyone considering a procedure.

I booked an appointment to have a cyst checked. Dr Marcus explained all 3 options available on the day. We proceeded with full removal on the day after being explained everything by Dr Mascus & Aurora.A few days later after removing the plaster, there was a small infection. I contacted the clinic and within a couple of hours, I had a prescription waiting at the nearest pharmacy (this was Sat late afternoon) so some research had to be done to locate a pharmacy and make sure the medication was in stock.I can’t fault anything and I would highly recommend both the clinic and Dr Marcus.

Never leave reviews however this clinic deserves one! My whole experience from the customer service to the procedure itself has been amazing every time ive gone. Sylvia at reception is so lovely and welcoming and all the staff are great.Dr georgios, who was my doctor, and his assistant chantel did my procedure and he’s honestly the best! He explained everything in detail and advised me on what would be best for me, reassured me throughout the whole procedure and was so friendly, professional and attentive. Chantel was so lovely as well, conversated with me throughout the whole thing and made me feel really comfortable. They’re both amazing and i loved my whole experience with them.Super happy to have found this clinic and would definitely recommend🥰💘

I was a bit trepidatious about getting this done after a very nasty previous experience at another Clinic and I explained this when making enquiries. I needn’t have worried. The team were superb and understanding and very professional and organised. Marcus was very calming and reassuring throughout and Kay – assisting him brilliantly – massively put me at my ease. I felt no pain, the aftercare information was superb and I’m healing extremely well.Yes it’s not cheap but you can’t put a price on quality, professional care.

Great appointment with City Derm clinic.Had two moles which were of concern on forehead. I was quickly reassured they were fine, no need to send to lab, then burnt / scraped off which was quick and painless.I’ve had moley type things removed before, this was a great service and I’ll no doubt be going back again. I’m more moley than a over ripe banana.

Booking was easy with prompt replies to confirm. Easy to find. Staff very friendly. Office very professional. Doctor was polite and professional. For someone visiting London who wanted an opinion about a worrying issue, this was ideal. Fee very reasonable as well.

At my consultation everything was explained before the procedure. I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The procedure itself was swift and painless, the scar barely visible, despite stitches. Dr Pafitanis was very professional and friendly, as were all the staff. The clinic itself was spotless. I would definitely recommend.
