I was very happy with my overall experience. Where the NHS offered very little help on what, thankfully, turned out to be a strangulated skin tag, Dr Reza was able to diagnose with confidence and undertake the surgery within a matter of minutes. I was even able to get an appointment within 48 hours of first getting in touch on a Sunday. The surgery was exceedingly quick and painless and I very much appreciated having the ability to get back in touch if anything unexpected happens or develops over the coming days. Fantastic experience with removing two skin tags near my eye. The staff were super friendly before and during the appointment, and I was immediately put at ease. Visited on recommendation. Initially, was reluctant as was unsure about reputation or service. However, from first encounter the service was exquisite, as the Manager reassured me about the painless procedure. He sat me down, gave me some water and showed some videos of patients successfully undergoing the treatment in question - removal of skin tag. This gave me added confidence.
