Five months after the keloid was removed. Ear seems to be healing really well. Dr Jana and her team have been excellent throughout, really good advice and treatment has prevented bad regrowth. The reception team are great too, speedy replies and genuinely really kind, a particular shout out to Jess.

I had a prominent lump on the top of my head for many years ( a pilar cyst) , Dr Jana excised it in about 20 minutes. The incision was closed by dissolvable stitches and a spray on dressing, so I didn't even need a plaster on my head - I am very happy with my 'new look'.

I had to visit the clinic again, as usual they were outstanding! Appointment was within a couple of days of my enquiry, even though it was the holiday season. I highly recommend City Dermatology Clinic. It was easy to book - I received a callback within minutes. The location was ideal. The staff (Jessica and Angelica) were friendly and welcoming. Had a procedure today to remove a lipoma on my forehead on my hairline, carried out by Dr Jana Torres-Grau. Including the consultation beforehand, the whole thing took less than 60 mins. All done very professionally, with what looks as though will be minimal marking left on the skin. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for lipoma removal.

I had been given a minimum 25 week wait for an URGENT NHS appointment to remove a small unspecific lesion. I decided to go the private route, found City Dermatology.
