The staff at City Dermatology Clinic were absolutely amazing! I’m so happy with the results so far and am excited to see what is to come once my skin is fully healed. The consultation was both professional and informative, they answered all the questions I had in as much detail possible (and there was a few!) . I never thought having a cyst removed could be such a positive experience! The clinic is spotless, easy to find, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Jess on reception made me feel at home, Angelica, the nurse, was kind and reassuring throughout, and Dr Vince was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and the procedure was mostly painless. The aftercare was also explained thoroughly, and I left feeling well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic – a genuinely first-class service from start to finish. I would add the picture that I took of my cyst once it was removed, but didn't think anyone would appreciate it!

I had a minor surgery removing a Cyst from the back of my head. Dr. Sarah Al-Himdani was great and got this removed for me on the same day. I had a few issues with the natural scabbing post surgery a few weeks later but Sarah put me at ease with the aftercare making sure the wound heals correctly. And also offered me a mini haircut 🙂 Kay and Jess were also very friendly and helpful 👍

Initially went in to have a cyst removed but the doctor couldn’t do it without shaving my hair which I wasn’t happy about but the receptionist Jess was so accommodating she rebooked me in with DR Parviz and Aurora, they made me feel super comfortable erasing any anxiety that I may of had with great conversation and energy.

I have done a cyst removal surgery, which went fantastic! After researching many clinics in London I finally found Dr. Georgious Pafinatis which has done an amazing job. The procedure itself went seamless and quick. I was really worried because it was a facial surgery but he did magic and my scar is almost invisible, it is literally perfect. He explained all the process from A to Z and was always available in case of any questions via clinic email! I also came for a follow up appointment free of charge. I am very grateful that I found such professional for face surgery.I also was assisted by Dr. Axel for after care (removing the stitches), who explained about the aftercare routine.Thank you City Dermatology Clinic for your assistance in such an important!I obviously can’t recommend Dr. Gio enough to all patients! An excellent experience at the clinic where I was having two cysts removed. The service was friendly and professional from start to finish. My surgeon, Axel, took plenty of time to explain the procedure and aftercare and to answer my questions, then kept up a running commentary throughout the procedure to keep me updated. I had a very large cyst removed from my face by Dr Parviz. It had grown over the years to a large size and Dr Parviz advised me to get an incision and have the cyst drained. I was nervous but Dr Parviz made me feel reassured throughout the process. Cyst was drained and the whole sac was taken out (the best outcome!) just from a very small incision. I am forever grateful to him. A brilliant man and expert professional. I would highly recommend!
