I visited the clinic for removal of a cyst on my back. The service was excellent. The procedure took a little longer than anticipated due to a previous infected cyst having not been properly dealt with at hospital. The medical staff at City Dermatology were superb, explaining clearly what they were doing throughout, and providing advice (and plasters) for aftercare. Returning after 2 weeks to have stitches removed was also quick and easy. I would definitely use the Clinic again if I had need and would definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with the service. The information given was clear and useful which allowed me to decide to go ahead with the procedure to remove a sizeable cyst from my back. It was carried out excellently and quickly with no ill effects. Doctors were on hand for aftercare and I was able to check in with them about the progress of the healing to my satisfaction. The wound was well cleaned and did not get infected at all. I found their service to be excellent and am very happy with the outcome.

The staff at City Dermatology Clinic were absolutely amazing! I’m so happy with the results so far and am excited to see what is to come once my skin is fully healed. As the cyst was on my face, I was extremely nervous to begin with but the reception staff and Dr Georgios put all my mind at ease. The consultation was both professional and informative, they answered all the questions I had in as much detail possible (and there was a few!) . They all ensured I was comfortable during the procedure and even let me play my own music. Overall I’m so happy with the treatment and wish I would have visited them ages ago! Thank you all!

I never thought having a cyst removed could be such a positive experience! The clinic is spotless, easy to find, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Jess on reception made me feel at home, Angelica, the nurse, was kind and reassuring throughout, and Dr Vince was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and the procedure was mostly painless. The aftercare was also explained thoroughly, and I left feeling well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic – a genuinely first-class service from start to finish. I would add the picture that I took of my cyst once it was removed, but didn't think anyone would appreciate it!

I had a minor surgery removing a Cyst from the back of my head. Dr. Sarah Al-Himdani was great and got this removed for me on the same day. I had a few issues with the natural scabbing post surgery a few weeks later but Sarah put me at ease with the aftercare making sure the wound heals correctly. And also offered me a mini haircut 🙂 Kay and Jess were also very friendly and helpful 👍

Initially went in to have a cyst removed but the doctor couldn’t do it without shaving my hair which I wasn’t happy about but the receptionist Jess was so accommodating she rebooked me in with DR Parviz and Aurora, they made me feel super comfortable erasing any anxiety that I may of had with great conversation and energy.

I have done a cyst removal surgery, which went fantastic! After researching many clinics in London I finally found Dr. Georgious Pafinatis which has done an amazing job. The procedure itself went seamless and quick. I was really worried because it was a facial surgery but he did magic and my scar is almost invisible, it is literally perfect. He explained all the process from A to Z and was always available in case of any questions via clinic email! I also came for a follow up appointment free of charge.
